1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the 90jle platform — whether by visiting the website, creating an account, placing a bet, playing a casino game, or making a deposit or withdrawal — you confirm that you have read and understood these Terms & Conditions in full and that you agree to be legally bound by them.

3 Account Registration

3.1 Registration Requirements

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

5 Betting Rules

5.1 Placing Bets

All bets placed on 90jle are subject to the specific market rules displayed at the time of wagering. By confirming a bet, you accept the odds and terms applicable to that market at that moment. Bets cannot be cancelled or amended once confirmed, except where 90jle's specific market rules expressly permit it.

5.2 Void Bets

A bet may be voided and the stake returned in circumstances including but not limited to: match abandonment due to weather or safety concerns, data feed errors causing incorrect odds to be offered, and technical failures that affect the integrity of the market. The decision to void a bet rests solely with 90jle and will be applied consistently across all affected players.

5.3 Maximum Winnings

90jle applies maximum payout limits per bet and per event. These limits are displayed in the betting interface and may vary by sport, market type, and event tier. Any winnings in excess of the applicable limit will be reduced to the stated maximum.

5.4 Cricket Market Rules

For BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and other cricket markets offered on 90jle, the following rules apply:

• Match result markets settle on the official result declared by the relevant governing body (e.g., ICC, BCB, BCCI).
• In the event of a Super Over, the Super Over result determines the match winner for settlement purposes unless otherwise stated in the market rules.
• Player performance markets (e.g., top scorer, most wickets) settle on the performance recorded in the completed match as confirmed by official scorecards.
• Markets on abandoned matches will be voided and stakes returned unless sufficient play has occurred for a result to be declared under Duckworth-Lewis-Stern rules.

6 Casino Games

90jle offers casino games supplied by third-party providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Spribe, NetEnt, Microgaming, and Ezugi. All games use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. 7 Bonuses & Promotions

7.1 General Bonus Terms

7.2 Bonus Abuse

90jle actively monitors for patterns of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: placing low-risk bets across multiple outcomes to fulfil wagering requirements while minimising financial exposure ("bonus hedging"), using multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, and creating accounts for the sole purpose of claiming welcome offers. Where bonus abuse is confirmed, 90jle reserves the right to void the bonus, cancel associated winnings, and permanently close the account.

7.3 Expiry

All bonuses and promotional credits carry an expiry date, after which unmet wagering requirements will cause the bonus and any bonus-derived winnings to be forfeited automatically. The expiry date for each promotion is communicated clearly at the time of the offer and is visible in the player's account dashboard.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 90jle and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and potential legal action where warranted:

• Using automated software, bots, scrapers, or any mechanical or electronic process to interact with the Platform, place bets, or exploit game mechanics.
• Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any form of manipulation of sporting events on which bets are offered.
• Colluding with other players or third parties to gain an unfair advantage in casino games or betting markets.
• Using stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorised payment credentials to fund an account or request a withdrawal.
• Exploiting software errors, display glitches, or pricing mistakes for financial gain. Any winnings derived from a clear error will be voided.

• Providing false or misleading information during registration or verification.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where doing so is prohibited by local law.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the 90jle platform — including but not limited to the website design, graphics, logos, text, software code, game interfaces, betting market data, and multimedia assets — is the exclusive intellectual property of 90jle or its licensed suppliers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

You must not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, display, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any part of the 90jle platform without prior written consent. The 90jle brand name and logo are protected trademarks and may not be used in any context without express authorisation.

10 Limitation of Liability
